Another year had passed, the threat of the dreaded Covid had receded, and once again we returned to the excellent Orepool Inn for our annual bash on Friday January 19th 2024. The co-ordinator was Mr. Guy Calderwood.

It was a well attended event with all ages represented from very early founding members through to the trophy winning youngsters who are also putting tons of work into the organisational side of the club too. And a very welcome contingent of our fantastic landowners.

Awards for some of our events were presented where possible. For those who couldn't attend or for whom the awards were not yet ready, then our Awards Sec Stan Howitt is planning distribution.

It's always nice when our locals take some of our major awards and can come to our review to be presented. Here's the Welch Brothers who took The Wyegate Cup and the Bush Shield for Pre65 at the 2023 Wyegate - we can't help thinking this is karma as they've both put in tons of work for our sport both in and for our centre and their own club.
