Our conducted youth riders rode up on top of the hill and missed Rod's camera so here is a group shot from Chris Haines!

Provisional results here.. A lovely day out in the fresh air and sunshine. I think everyone had a good ride around.

We'll try another event soon, perhaps back at the Hendre?

Ian Thompson looks to have won the Easy route, And on a trailbike. He started out on the Hard route remembering how easy we've made things before. So some of his marks were obtained from the tough sections that Brendon tweaked up a notch from Darren's originals, so dropping down penalised him keeping it fair. Equally, it was fair to have a go at some of the harder routes as long as you show as riding the easy route.

Lee Hook brought out a superbly restored TY175 rather than use the enduro bike but had to strip the carb for a while. However he got it fixed quick enough to get some practice in.

Georgina tweaked an old injury (explained in her epic adventure) late in the day and asked for 5's for the remaining sections. Hope she'll be back soon.

Rob stuck it out on the hard route on the 300 EXC knowing there was no way the lock would allow him to get around some turns but had to retrain his brain to aim for the dab to pull it around - so hard when you really want to clean it!

I thought Darren had got the severity spot on and thoroughly enjoyed my ride - despite not beating Rich! There was a vast range of talent out there and the marks show we didn't all get slaughtered or have it all easy. I'm looking forward to the Hendre.

If Jase had made another mistake Brendon would have beaten him and of course we wouldn't have reminded him of it, would we!

The Youth route results tell a tale with young Will blitzing everything thrown at him.

Clerk of Course Darren dares to ask how the hard route is riding - and gets the right answer. Brendon had to say good as he created the hardest bits!
