Excellent day out. Two vans left Ants at about 7:30, arrived at the Afan Forest Park visitor centre before 9.
Up and down 'The Wall' and up to the cycle centre at Glyncorrwg by 11 for a 'full english'.
Then up and down 'White's level' including the extra extreme loop, and also ignoring the forestry diversion signs (there wasn't anyone working!).
Then a cup of tea, and a new tyre for Mike to replace the one with the split in.
And up the hill again, along the first part of 'The Skyline' and back down the final Skyline descent - wicked!
Then with knackered knees (amongst other body part), back into the cafe for a beer and then home by 7:30.
